Accessibility Statement.
Our goal is to make it easier for everyone to learn about our services and find a clear way forward.
Effective date: August 21, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website. If something is difficult to access, please tell us. We will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need.
1. Our commitment
Mediation Services is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible digital experience for people with disabilities. Accessibility is part of how we support clear communication, dignity, and constructive participation in our communities.
2. Our technical accessibility target
MediateWMI.org has been designed, reviewed, and remediated toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its technical accessibility target. We continue to review the website as content and technology change.
This technical target describes our accessibility work. It is not a representation or guarantee of legal compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act or any other law.
3. Third-party services
Some website links and functions are provided by externally hosted services, including the secure mediation intake system and Stripe donation pages. Mediation Services does not fully control those services, and their accessibility may vary.
If a third-party service creates a barrier, please contact us. We will help you find another way to request information, begin an inquiry, or complete the task whenever reasonably possible.
4. Report a barrier or request assistance
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, need information in another format, or would like help completing a website task, please contact us:
